Our thriving business currently has a requirement for a number of enthusiastic Customer Support Advisors to work within our Northampton-based Service Contact Centre.
Providing an outstanding service to both external and internal customers, your role with involve taking and responding to telephone calls, offering first level technical assistance using online knowledge bases (or escalating the call for extra assistance by an Engineer), inputting consumable orders and tracking/monitoring orders as necessary. This is a true customer service role where you will be working to high standards and referring queries to other departments as necessary.
And don`t worry if you do not have the technical knowledge. Full training in the range of Ricoh products and services will be provided.
You will, however, need an excellent telephone manner and effective customer handing skills. Your bright, friendly and courteous nature should shine through and you will need plenty of initiative, good written communication skills to enable effective liaison with our contacts. You should also be a good problem-solver and negotiator and have a sense of commercial awareness.
This is a fantastic role if you genuinely enjoy working within a team environment, providing good levels of service with plenty of customer contact.
