No experience necessary as full training is provided. You will cover how administrative operations work such as communication within the workplace, how to maintain security and confidentiality, the importance of teamwork, effectively manage a diary system, understand a meeting structure and how to take minutes, support an organisation with business travel, delivering and evaluating customer service and how to design/produce high quality attractive documents using Microsoft office suite including presentations.
