A respected residential builder who providing high quality building services is searching for an Quantity Surveyor to join the company.
They have built up a fantastic reputation for delivering beautiful residential and historic restoration projects up to the value of £5 million. These projects range from high class refurbishments and renovations of country homes and estates, as well as period town houses and listed properties.
The company also constructs bespoke new houses for private clients, both contemporary and traditional in style.

The Role:
Reporting to the Managing Surveyor you will be part of a friendly team and take commercial control of 3no projects running concurrently from an office based perspective where duties will commence from award of contract and include the full remit from procurement of sub-contractors through to agreeing final accounts.
Requirements:
5 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, HNC in Construction or relevant Degree level.
Good understanding of traditional building methods and products associated with the refurbishment of listed buildings and up-market period houses.
Strong numeracy and financial management.
