Residential Support Workers - Shift Work - Days/Evenings/Night - Full Time/Part Time/Bank Opportunities

Salary: £7.61 to £10.20 per hour, plus sleep-in allowance of £30 per and funded CPD opportunities. Higher rates are available for qualified level 3 staff.

This independent provider of specialist education, care and therapeutic support is in the process of redefining their core business with a focus on Children with learning Disabilities and educational needs and currently expanding their teams of experienced Support Workers and they are recruiting to their homes in Sleaford, Lincolnshire.

To Be Successful:
- Ideally, experience of working as a support worker with children and young people with multiple complex needs including autism, learning difficulties, deep-rooted trauma, and school refusal. This may have been in day care or education, nursing or residential
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideally, hold or be working towards an QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People
- Full driving license and own transport - manual vehicle license

In addition, you need to be committed to providing an excellent level of care for their young people, enthusiastic in your approach to tough challenges, assertive and resilient in difficult situations and have great interpersonal skills.
