Business Improvement Analyst (Data Analyst) BLUB50389
Location: Borough, London SE1
Salary: £31,586 - £36,851

We are on a mission to make co-operative and community led housing into a mainstream option – with more homes for rent and sale on budgets that people can afford.  We are the largest co-operative housing service agency in England with some 2,200 homes in management for our 40+ independent clients and around 1,000 homes that we own directly.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Improvement Analyst to join us where you will inspire improvement in our services. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes researching and finding solutions to problems, who gets excited about creating order and enjoys data, patterns, predictions and trends.

Through your technical ability to mine our data, and through your relentless enthusiasm for sharing business insight in proactive, intelligent, creative and empowering ways, you will be responsible for designing and reliably delivering a core reporting suite for key business data. Improving the integrity and quality of our data, you will create and effective structure and system for record keeping so that we only have one version of truth for key data and information.

We are looking for someone who has excellent knowledge of SQL and Reporting Services, and of Microsoft systems. With a creativity in the use of data to drive service improvement, you will have excellent numeracy skills and a high attention to detail.

Having a passion for service improvement is important, as is being able to digest complex information and communicate it simply. With excellent communication skills both in writing and in person, you will take delight in problem solving and be able to meet deadlines.

In return, we offer a contributory pension scheme, 28 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Health cash plan and an Employee perk system.
