We are looking for a Housing Services Advisor to join us where you will be the key person that our residents rely on to provide them with excellent service and get the best out of their home.  A demanding and varied role, this is the right opportunity for someone that loves working with and for customers, problem solving to help people to help themselves.

As a Housing Services Advisor, you will work collaboratively to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring that CDS estates are safe places where people feel proud to live. With an understanding of our landlord responsibilities you will work with colleagues to make sure we deliver our promises, helping to build our reputation for reliability, fairness and for acting with integrity.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has solid experience of providing landlord services and working in a service organisation.  With a sound knowledge of housing law, you will be passionate about providing responsible landlord services, helping to manage key risks for residents and their homes including everything from health and safety, to the impact of welfare benefit changes. 

You will be a dynamic team player, with excellent communication skills and have the ability to consider things without judgements whilst managing your own workload and priorities.
