Position: Sales Manager
Location: Accrington, Lancashire
Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)

The Sales Manager Role:
We are looking for a Sales Manager with responsibility for sales to the commercial sector. A knowledge of the market for insulation and waterproofing products is preferred, however candidates with the drive and a motivation to succeed will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop partnerships using a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities in the commercial sector
• Manage sales of the company’s products into the commercial sector
• Develop an effective field based sales force
• This is a B2B sales role with a high degree of customer interaction

Skills & Experience Required:

• Customer-service focused and results oriented
• Able to demonstrate achieving sales growth through existing and new sales routes
• Consultative selling, negotiating and closing skills, working both independently and collaboratively with team members
• Outstanding written and verbal business communication skills
• Strong sales presentation skills, project management and sales proposal/pricing skills
• The ability to network effectively and develop long standing relationships
• A Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing or Communication preferred

Our client is a manufacturer of high performance polyurethane products with a track record of quality, performance and customer service.

The Company supplies the UK and International construction markets with a range of products including its market leading Technitherm and Duratherm polyurethane foam insulation. The Company also manufactures high quality polyurethane resins for use in high performance structural waterproofing, adhesives, sealants and elastomers.
