From its beginnings in 1961, our client has become a leading supplier of small domestic appliances, spare parts and accessories for your home and garden.  The Company has shown impressive growth from £11.5m turnover in 2009 to £29m in 2015.  With an increasing internet sales demand, as well as the recent acquisition of LM Electrical, an online retail platform with a strong presence on EBay and Amazon, they have now expanded their E-Commerce position to number one. 

Joining our client as a Customer Services Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, maintaining and improving customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily basis to help with sales; ensuring that any issues and complaints are dealt within an agreed time scale.

Communicating with customers to assist them with issues relating to online retail purchases, via email and phone, you will provide general information related to household appliance goods and process customer returns and refunds; answering the telephone and composing communications in a persuasive, friendly and helpful manner on your own initiative.

The ideal candidate must have some experience within a customer service environment, ideally with experience in the retail or household appliance sector, although this is not essential. The ability to communicate well with all customers is vital as is the drive and enthusiasm to meet and exceed targets. You should also be PC literate and versed in Microsoft Office software packages.

HOURS OF WORK

08:30am – 17:00pm

The successful candidate will work a 3 week rota to cover weekends
