Technical Support Engineer / Project Manager

Seeking an experienced technical support engineer / project manager to join an MCS accredited and well established Heating and Renewables Company based in the Bournemouth area who specialise in the design, supply and installation of air source and ground source heat pumps, solar thermal, PV and underfloor heating systems to both domestic and commercial projects.

Responsibilities
- Project management of site installations including procurement of materials, liaising with clients, installers, and their field based engineers
- Maintaining clear records of materials supplied and works undertaken for accurate invoicing
- Stock control management
- Assisting with mechanical and electrical CAD design
- Providing compliance support with their MCS standards and accreditation
- Handling incoming customer enquiries and technical calls
- Assisting with estimates and quotations

Requirements
- Heating / Electrical / Refrigerant qualifications preferred
- A background and experience of domestic heating systems essential
- A knowledge of Renewable Energy systems an advantage
- Excellent customer facing skills essential
- Good IT skills, including Excel and other common applications
- Good communication skills and an ability to maintain accurate records
- Good organisational and team working skills
