They are now looking to recruit a part time (0.6) Teacher in Painting and Decorating to join them to plan and deliver teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles; taking responsibility for the quality of your own teaching and related curriculum development. 

Developing learning resources / materials to meet individual learner needs and act as a subject, personal or course tutor, you will assess student competence in the College or in the workplace and devise assessment processes tailored to each individual learner.  You will also provide student advice, support, and induction and assist with the student enrolment and internal and external marketing activities of the College.      

Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated individual, who holds a relevant level 3 qualification or relevant NVQ (or equivalent) at level 3 in Painting and Decorating and a level 4 teaching qualification.  With successful teaching experience using a range of teaching and learning methods, you should be able to devise and deliver learning opportunities to meet group and individual needs and inspire students in their learning. 

A creative and innovative approach to the development of teaching and learning and the ability to contribute to teaching at several levels are essential for the role.
