Salary: £30,000 OTE Per Annum (Uncapped Commission)

Hours of work: Monday & Wednesday 9AM – 5PM, Tuesday & Thursday 9AM – 6PM, Friday 9AM – 4PM.

Type of Work: Permanent (Full-time & Part-Time Available)

Business Generation Agent:

 Our New Business Centre initiates first point of contact with our potential customers. Using an automated dialler system to contact business owners, this department generates new business for the Company. This is a busy department, dealing with over 90,000 calls a day which requires self-motivated, hardworking staff with a positive outlook.

Job Description:

The Business Generator, using an automated dialler system, will make outbound calls to business owners to enquire if the owner is interested in selling his/her business. The department uses a fully computerised, scripted system to ensure consistency of message. It is essential that the Business Generator has a clear, precise telephone manner and a positive outlook in order to generate as many leads as possible, which are converted to appointments. The position is target driven based on the number of appointments generated by the individual Business Generator.
