Revival Books Ltd in Rossendale has a permanent vacancy for a full time Customer Services Advisor. The position involves working weekends on a rota basis.

Job Purpose: To provide a first class service to our customers by email, live chat, social media and telephone calls.

Duties: To help with all pre and post-sale enquiries via Amazon, eBay, Alibris and Abebooks. Helping customers navigate our websites and dealing with our chosen service providers.

Who we want: Someone with strong IT skills, including emails, social media and live chat. A person who is passionate about customer service, has a positive, can do attitude and is a good team player. Must have good attention to detail.

Skills/Qualifications: Internet Savvy, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, Quality Focus, Customer Service, Organisation, Customer Focus, Integrity, Proactive, Productivity, Results Driven.

What you'll do: Handle customer queries and respond in a way that meets business needs. Constantly search for opportunities to improve the customer experience and meet individual targets.
