Recovery Navigator - Later Life Specialism

Our client is a leading provider in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire & Bath and North-east Somerset, providing support, care and psychological services to people with mental health and other related support needs, to enable them to fulfil their hopes and ambitions.

Job Title: Recovery Navigators - Later Life Specialism

Our client has three full time positions, one to be based in North, South and Central Bristol.

Within this role there is a later life specialism. The ideal candidates will understand the support needs of service users over the age of 50 years old, in a community setting. In addition candidates need to be aware of the impact of deteriorating physical health on client's mental health as well as the impact of isolation, with a view to widening their social networks within the community.

The ideal candidate's must have a minimum of two years experience working with clients over the age of 50, in a community setting.

You will need to take a holistic view, with a recovery and psychologically informed approach.
