Radbroke is the technology hub within Barclays and we are building out our IT Planning & Strategy team to support the innovation which Barclays strives for.

At Barclays you will be a pivotal member in supporting the development and maintenance of the technology systems.

This team will be responsible for IT management & Leadership, Demand Planning and Process improvements.

Your Role

• Support in the management of IT solutions throughout the business

• Providing planning for Strategic, Capital, Workforce, Policy and Infrastructure

• Develop and build the forecasting of technology products within Barclays currently and future systems/products

• Build solutions to increase productivity of a product or solution

Essential Skills

• Previous experience of managing IT Solutions in large organizations

• Understanding and planning experience around team capacity to meet current and future technology demand.

• Evidence of providing solutions for existing and new processes

• Ability to build strong relationships between teams to support with improvements and analysis.

• Previous auditing experience to improve on current processes within Barclays.
