Operations Manager of the Swimming Performance Centre (SPC)
Required from September 2017
Mount Kelly, a thriving independent co-educational boarding and day school seeks to appoint an Operations Manager to assist with the smooth running of the National and International performance swimming programme.
The SPC Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation and logistics of the programme but will also provide a link between external organisations such as; British Swimming, Swim England, the ASA and other National Governing Bodies.
The role is permanent and part time working between 8:30-16:30 Monday to Friday term time only. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good standard of education with experience of working in an office environment. An appreciation of standard UK swimming protocols would be an advantage.
