Development Officer (x3 vacancies)
Bristol/Homed based
Up to £35,000 pa + car allowance

We are looking for self-motivated and performance-minded team players to help us manage and deliver our development programme in the West. The geography covered will be flexible but will each be centred around one of the following areas:
Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire
West of England
Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire
Main responsibilities:
- Supervising new building projects on site from conception to completion
- Co-ordinating scheme handovers
- Supporting publicity and promotional events
- Representing Stonewater at external meetings
You will need to be proactive and able to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Exceptional communication, numerical and project management skills are needed for this rewarding role. You'll have experience in development or a similar field with knowledge of relevant legislation, good IT skills, and the ability to deal with changing priorities and meet deadlines.
You must possess a current valid driving licence.
