Are you looking for a part time Finance role?
A role with flexible working days and part time hours?
My client in Yeovil, is a well established travel firm. They are looking for someone to join their finance team on a part time, permanent basis.
This role is paying GBP18k-20k pro rata, for a 3 day working week
You will be responsible for supporting the finance team in the day to day running of the company and be adaptable and flexible within your role.
You will be given full training and support on the in house systems, so the ability to pick p new things quickly is essential.
The ideal candidate with posses the following:
- Excellent IT and Computer Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- An understanding of foreign exchange and currency contracts
Your duties will include:
- Credit Card expenses
- Processing credit card expenses
- Liaising with Tour Operation teams on missing/incorrect credit card expenses
- Assisting in preparation of journals for review
- Weekly overhead payments for UK offices
- Preparing client invoices and issuing ATOL certificates
- Preparing regular credit control reports
- Processing tour guide expense reports
- Issuing cash advances to tour guides via the loading of funds onto their pre-paid tour cards
- Banking any cheques received
- Handling any general finance enquiries from Ops Teams and UK Sales Teams
This is a varied role working for a growing company.
As a permanent member of staff you will receive the following:
