The Southern region are looking to source an experienced Operations Manager. You will work closely with a Commercial Manager & Technical Manager and report directly to a Regional Director. You will operate on a strategic basis and will be truly influential in regional growth.
Job Description
* Lead and drive production activities across multiple new build residential schemes via the site teams, ensuring client quality and delivery expectations are met
* Managing client relationships through to delivery, attending client meetings as required
* Contribute to the identification and financial appraisal of development opportunities
* Provide support to the proposals team in ensuring that operational components of submissions are produced effectively and reflect the requirements of the project under consideration
* Report at Board level
