This is an opportunity to join the Income Collection Service at this exciting time of change. We have big plans to go out there and grow and develop our service by using mobile working.

We are looking for a person who is flexible, innovative and passionate about delivering customer focussed services, committed to helping our customers by maximising their income by way of assessment of benefits entitlement whilst helping them to sustain their tenancies. The ability to work in partnership with other agencies is essential when carrying out this role.
You will need to be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills and have a diplomatic approach to assist you in relating to a diverse range of people.
You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the current welfare benefit regime as well as a proven track record in offering excellent customer service. You will have experience and knowledge of rent accounting.
This position requires you to be highly organized with a methodical approach allowing you to work accurately under pressure and have the ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to tight deadlines. You will be able to demonstrate the drive and enthusiasm to work with other teams throughout the business to get the job done.
In addition, you will be proficient in using IT systems such as mobile working technology which will allow you to carry out this role efficiently within the communities we operate.
The successful applicant will be accountable for supporting the achievement of our key priorities: Increase customer satisfaction, reduce debt and increase income, increase digital working and increase our opportunities to offer value for money.
