Within the Rents Team, their aim is to deliver a high quality rent collection and recovery service, rooted in maximising income and promoting and providing effective Welfare Rights and Money Advice

They have an opportunity within the Rents Team as a Caseworker to deliver a professional and responsive rent service, actively engaging and supporting customers to enable them to sustain their tenancy.

It's a busy and exciting time for the rents team as they are in the process of embedding a new IT system; keeping up to date with changes to the benefits system; and preparing for the forthcoming impact of the Universal Credit roll out in North Manchester. They are looking for people in who would like career development, or a new experience and will positively relish this challenge. This role requires a person who is customer focused; with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You'll be just as comfortable working in a friendly, busy team as you are on your own initiative as well as having the ability to identify problems and offer recommendations for effective solutions..
