You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts ensuring they maintain their payment arrangement. You will also work with customers where they have fallen into arrears and support them to get back on track.
It is essential that you have previous collections experience, the ability to communicate with customers to build strong relationships and have great negotiation skills.
