General Assistant

Cash Converters has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic General Assistant to join their team. The role is a full time, permanent position working 39 hours per week between Monday and Saturday, with a day off in the week.

You would be amazed by the variety of tasks this role has to offer, the one thing they all have in common is the shared aim of providing an excellent shopping experience for all customers.  As a General Assistant, you’ll be championing this great service.   The biggest part of this role is to direct customers to the best service or product to fit their requirements.  You’ll be the store services expert and always happy to work as one team to make sure the customers have the best possible shopping experience.

No one day will ever be the same for a General Assistant, you will have the chance to buy and sell products and negotiate a competitive price for customer’s pre-owned and pre-loved goods

You must be able to promote and develop the business within the constraints laid down by the company.  We are looking for someone who is able to deliver an excellent level of customer service.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  we are looking for will include:
