Barford Children's Services is looking for people with enthusiasm, energy and commitment to work with young people who live in residential care. We understand every child is individual and look to ensure that our service is unique to them. Therefore, we are looking to develop a workforce that will better meet the needs of children and young people. Through our delivery of services, we aim to raise standards and improve practice by setting additional requirements for training and ongoing professional development of all our employees.

Our children's services specialise in supporting children with emotional behavioural difficulties and other complex needs in therapeutic residential care and education. Our competent, qualified and skilled workforce continue to meet the changing and varied needs of children and young people entrusted into our care through an ongoing professional development and training

Residential Childcare Workers - All levels required
Position: Perm / 40 hours per week
Salary from: £7.69 per hour plus sleep-in allowance
Shift work pattern
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire and South Nottinghamshire

An ideal candidate would need the following:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Enthusiasm, 'a can do' attitude and be pro-active
- Undergo DBS and Reference check
- Level 3 Certificate in Children & Young People (or equivalent) for Senior RCW role
