Our family owned business bakes specialty bread products for the UK & European Foodservice and Manufacturing markets. We are flexible enough to do bespoke production runs at a very consistent high quality. Our business is in rapid growth and we are expecting to grow by 50% in 3 years. Due to this we now need a:

Electrically Biased Shift Engineer 

Based in Lenton, Nottingham

£33-£35,000 p.a.  Working on 2pm - 10pm Shift.

You will be our engineer on the afternoon production shift ensuring efficient and safe working of our production machinery and services. You will carry out electrical and mechanical repairs and proactive maintenance to a high standard, as well as helping us to improve current and install new equipment into the bakery.

You will have experience of working in a similar engineering role in an FMCG environment for 3-5 years and you will be multi skilled in electrical and mechanical work. Ideally you will hold relevant qualifications and have experience with 3 phase machinery as well as PLC fault diagnosis.
