They are looking for an inspiring and motivating Lecturer to join their Science, Social Sciences and Maths team.
As a Lecturer at the College your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing an outstanding educational experience which maximises learner recruitment, retention and success and enables learners to maximise their potential.
- Delivering outstanding courses which meet learner needs.
- Completing and maintaining effective data in relation to learners including, attendance, individual learner targets, progression, achievement and destination.
- Being responsible for a course or courses of study and learner outcome.
You will have a degree level qualification in Sociology or a related subject with experience of teaching A Level Sociology. The ability to teach Psychology would also be an advantage. You must also hold a level 5 recognised teaching qualification and a qualification equivalent to level 2 in Maths and English or be willing to complete these qualifications within a specified time.
