Salary: £18,500 PA (Uncapped Commission Scheme)

Our Client is looking for someone like you to join their small, welcoming team in Godalming as a full time Advertising Sales Executive.

You will be building and maintaining relationships with local business people and working with them to promote their organisations, both from the office, out and about, and at events.

Our client publishes local community magazines to 5 different geographical areas in Surrey and the Hampshire and West Sussex borders reaching over 118,500 homes every month. For the 8 years since starting publishing in 2009, they continue to hold to their original values of being 'the local magazine produced by local people for the local community'.

Key Responsibilities:

•          Achieve agreed sales turnover and margin targets.
•          Manage & develop all technical sales in line with the company’s strategic business plan.
•          Engage with end users to create demand for Company.
•          Where appropriate demonstrate Company’s product to aid achievement of the targets.
•          Bring new business to your targeted/nominated distributors.
•          Identify & develop new strategically aligned technical distributor opportunities.
•          Using the CRM constantly update all customer/prospect activities
•          Regularly report all activities.
•          Ensure a thorough understanding of all opportunities for Company products.
•          When required provide support for other members of the Sales Teams.

The Candidate:

Some advertising sales experience would be really useful, but 'natural' sales talent, initiative and great interpersonal skills is an excellent starting point.
