Our client is the largest integrated veterinary service provider in the UK with turnover in excess of £200m and over 5000 employees. They operate several key business areas; 420+ veterinary surgeries, diagnostic laboratories, a pet crematoria division, a successful ecommerce business and two buying groups. They have doubled in size in the last three years and have further expansion, development and diversification initiatives planned for 2017 and beyond.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Project Manager to join their businesses to manage various practice refurbishments, relocations and new sites within the practice division.

Within this role you will report directly to the Property Development Director and work closely with other key stakeholders in the business to ensure that all allocated projects are completed to the CVS high standards and meet CVS timescales, whilst driving continuous employment and delivering project efficiencies and savings.

To be considered, you will need to be a proven property project manager who is familiar with both improvement and greenfield development projects, organising contractors and will ideally have some knowledge of lease agreements, access rights and acquisitions of land & property. The role is primarily back end development focussed, however, some knowledge or experience of front end development would be beneficial.

What you will get in return:

  • Competitive salary
  • 5 weeks holiday + Bank Holidays
  • A range of other employment benefits such as childcare vouchers and ride to work schemes
  • This role is based between working from home and various CVS sites
