MASTER TECHNICIAN -PRETIGE DEALERSHIP
Salary: Up to GBP30,000 pa PLUS GBP5,000 BONUS
Location: Birmingham
Our client is currently in need of a Master Technician in to carry out high-quality diagnostics, service and repair, recalls and warranties of their vehicles.
They also require someone with the expertise to train, coach and develop workshop and service team members, ensuring a first-time fix for every customer.
The Role
??Responsible for routine servicing and repairs of all components from breaks to electronic and mechanical fault finding
??Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of diagnosing and repairing the vehicles
??Assist in Training, coaching and developing the workshop
??Understanding the importance of customer and public safety whilst minimising the cost for the customer
??Completing all work in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and timeframes
??Recognising and reporting on the vehicles and their component serviceability
Essential experience
??Relevant, Automotive City and Guilds or NVQ
??Large Independent Garage or Dealership experience
??MOT Qualification preferably
??A full Driving Licence
??Your own set of Tools
