A highly renowned house builder are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their team near Exeter. The client cover Devon, Cornwall, Wiltshire, Somerset and beyond, holding a strong presence within the South West. They design and build anything from a one bed apartment to a luxury 5 bed house, depending on area and demand.
You will be joining a growing team and the suitable candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years within housing or main contracting. You will be responsible for minimum of 1 site, experience depending, as well as covering all surveying duties.
These include:
* Ensuring best value is achieved
* Maintaining all costings and reports
* Keeping in budget
* Must be familiar with JCT
