Nursery Assistant

Sunhill Montessori Nursery, Berkhamsted are looking for a Nursery Assistant to join their team.

This full time post will require the successful candidate to work approximately 37.5 hours per week within the opening hours of 7:30am-6:30pm.

In addition to being enthusiastic and enjoying working with children as part of a friendly team, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Work in partnership with parents

• Planning and assisting in activities

• Follow all policies and procedures set out by the nursery

• Work as part of a team

• Attend staff training, parent evenings and open days in own time

Essential

• Enthusiastic and show initiative

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Desirable

• Experience working with children

• Maths and English GCSE's grade A-C

• Willing to train
