We have 3 new openings for a HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team due to further growth in both our luxury portfolio's Sunrise Senior Living & Gracewell Healthcare in the UK.
The HR Business Partner supports, develops and coaches managers and team members. To offer advice and to provide guidance with operational and strategic human resource planning. To build trust across the organisation and raise the profile of HR, through exemplary service and effective networking (internal & external). To apply innovation and creative thinking in overcoming human challenges and drive best practice, learning and sharing.
We will be looking for:
* CIPD or equivalent qualified, alternatively a good relevant experience in operational/generalist HR role accountable for a mixed client base including static and field based.
* HR operations including managing complex ER cases in a multi-site set up.
* Experience of training, accountability and/or facilitating expert subject skills development to include external and internal governance relevant to sector and employee relations.
* Evidenced experience of accountability of compliance, workforce planning, supporting/delivering within this area of requirement that is relevant to the role and responsibilities outlined within.
* Full clean driving licence with business insurance.
