Interim Design Manager (maternity cover)
Hallmark Care Homes have a fantastic opportunity for somebody to join our Estates & Development Team. The successful candidate will cover the interior design requirements for Hallmark Care Homes' new build and refurbishment projects, sourcing materials, suppliers and negotiating best deals whilst being innovative with an understanding of elderly care and dementia design constraints during the maternity absence of our Design Manager.
About you .
You will have a degree in interior design or suitable proven track record of interior design for major projects. You will have experience of working in a care home or a similar environment. You will be creative, have excellent communication skills, have a strong eye for detail and be CAD proficient.
