IT/ Project Administrator
South Leicester, Leicestershire
Salary GBP17,000 - GBP20,000 dep on experience + company benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for IT coupled with previous office based administration experience to join our expanding construction client located in South Leicester, Leicestershire.
The IT/ Project Administrator's role is twofold:
1. You will be the main IT contact within the company, the "go to person" if help or assistance is required. You will liaise with their external IT consultancy and work with them to provide IT support to your colleagues. You will also be responsible for the company website, maintaining its content, uploading and updating news stories as well as company information.
2. You will be a Project Administrator within the Contracts team pulling together all the information required for O&M manuals as well as H&S manuals. Liaising with project managers, contractors and sub-contractors, you will source the information required and collate into the necessary folders to be submitted to clients towards the completion of their project.
Key skills/ Experience required for the IT/ Project Administrator include:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people of all levels
- PC literacy/ IT tech savvy; someone who is technically minded with systems and software
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CAD is desirable (not essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, working in a methodical manner & to deadlines
- Ability to prioritise & plan
- Proactive, can do attitude, positive team player
Hours are 9-5pm, Monday - Friday
