Job Title: Recruitment - Apprenticeship
Location: Egham
Wage: GBP200 per week
Start Date: ASAP
Apprenticeship courses available: Business Admin L2-4, Sales L2-3
My Client is a national Technical Recruitment consultancy based within Egham. They are seeking some confident, outgoing and sales driven individuals to join their successful Recruitment Academy.
Benefits:

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Resourcing for candidates using our state of the art database and cv search engines.
* Place adverts on a variety of different job boards
* Telephone interviewing candidates
* Taking and chasing references
* Confirming candidates into jobs
* Checking people in who start
* Chasing compliance doc's ie ref's, id for new starters
Skills Required:
* Must want to pursue a career within the recruitment sector
* Ambitious
* Keen to progress and learn
* Confident
* Sales minded
The successful candidates will join a 4 week intense training programme 'academy' which will consist of working day to day with Senior Recruitment consultants and shadowing day today activity. Once completed the candidates will begin growing their own caseload of clients and candidates.
THIS WILL TAKE PLACE AT THEIR LONDON OFFICE. After completion of training you will continue within the Egham office.
