Valuation Surveyor

Barnsdales People are recruiting for a Valuation Surveyor for one of their Prestige Companies.

You could be based anywhere between Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire or Lincolnshire as this is where the workload predominantly is based.

You would need to have the following experience:

MRICS qualification - 3 years plus Post Qualification Experience

RICS registered valuer

Experience of valuing all asset classes including - Industrial, Retail and Offices as well preferably Residential Properties

Knowledge of Loan Security Valuations and Panel Appointments

Good market contacts - ideal candidate should be able to bring work/clients with them

Working on own initiative

Excellent people skills required

Car Owner with a full clean driving licence

Salary/Package competitive for the correct person
