To Apply for the Position You would need to be:

Previous Customer Service in a Call Centre an advantage but not essential

A positive attitude and show willingness to resolve matters

Working in a specialist department responding to calls from third parties insurers in a reasonable time frame to achieve recovery opportunities

Review cases to ensure accurate amounts are recovered

Negotiating full balances and settlements within regulatory guidelines

Updating customers with regards to their case as well as liaising with solicitors to receive and provide updates on claims

General admin duties

Working within the team to achieve a Highly target environment

Bonus's and overtime are available
