Insurance Customer service Professional - Ware, Hertfordshire - GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 (depending on experience)
A well-known Insurance organisation with a great reputation for training and development, are looking for an Insurance Advisor to join their small but busy office in Ware.
Ideally you will have some Commercial Insurance and Customer Services experience but you will be provided with relevant training to be able to handle and advise on Insurance in a friendly and supportive environment.
After training you will be handling, advising and setting up insurance for your customers - issuing quotes, new business policies and answering a range of queries as well as providing administrative support.
You will need to adhere to strict Industry regulations and liaise with your Customer over the telephone, through written communication and occasionally face to face.
To be a successful in this role you will have:
* Insurance Customer Service and sales experience
* An excellent telephone manner
* A Positive can do attitude
* A flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do
Above all though, you'll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused team.
Insurance experience is essential.
Salary is dependent on experience.
