A Leading North-East law firm are seeking a Solicitor/ Licensed conveyancer/ Legal Executive/ Paralegal to join their growing conveyancing team in Middlesbrough or Darlington.

This is a varied role that will see you handling sales and purchase, freehold, leasehold, mortgages and shared ownership. You will be managing your own caseload from start to finish.

The firm will consider candidates who are both qualified and non-qualified, however the successful candidate will need to be able to manage their own caseload. The candidate is required to have a strong background in property matters.
