An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Project Manager to join us at our site in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire.
Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager or Operations Manager, you will undertake the day to day management of construction activities of a designated project or section of a project in order to maximize the company’s profitability and client satisfaction. You will also ensure programme, Health and Safety and Quality Control are upheld to the highest of standards at all times.
You will be involved in and take ownership of the project strategy, including packaging and subletting strategy, ensuring project risks are suitably managed and that critical success factors are identified and communicated. You will also provide leadership of the site team promoting teamwork and implementing the project strategy.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have previous site management experience and possess SMSTS, CSCS and Scaffold Inspection qualifications.
With an understanding of construction processes, you will have a wide-ranging knowledge of construction techniques and will be familiar with working with different computer systems and software.
