Site Management - fit-out/new build

Interaction Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager on behalf of our client, a Main Contractor who specialise in new build, refurbishment and fit-out of retail stores across the country.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in acting as No.1 on large fit-out projects, along with some experience of general construction.

Due to the geographical nature of the work, flexibility on travel/working away is required in order fulfil our clients requirements across the England, Scotland and Wales. Accommodation will be accounted for when agreeing financial terms.

As the Site Manager you will report in to the Project Manager and work closely with the project team to ensure each job is delivered on time and within budget. You will be an effective leader and have primary responsibility for all sub-contractors and labour on site.

You will be required to hold/provide:

- SMSTS

- CSCS black card

- First aid

- 2x professional references

- Eligibility to work in the UK
