Contact Centre Operator - Braintree - Salary up to GBP20,000 with bonus scheme OTE of GBP23,500, and 22 days holiday
Fantastic opportunity for a candidate with an excellent telephone manner and customer service or call centre experience. The role requires you to answer inbound calls, make bookings and appointments, also making some outbound calls to existing customers. Working as part of a small but busy team, the successful candidate will work well under pressure and be able to prioritise. High accuracy is also essential, as you will be creating and maintaining customer files on the database.

Responsibilities
The job is varied, but the main day to day tasks are;
* Inbound and outbound calls, making MOT and service bookings
* Creating and maintaining customer and vehicle database files
* Occasionally answering calls from the main switchboard overflow
* Database cleansing
Requirements
* Sales or contact centre experience
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
Desirable
* Driver (not due to location, but a drivers knowledge on MOT and servicing would be an advantage)
* Motor trade experience
Salary/Benefits
GBP8 hour (basic around GBP20,000 with OTE of GBP23,500)
Hours of work M-F 08:00-18:00 (plus 1 in 3 Saturdays)
22 days holiday
