Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP80,000 plus benefits including relocation package Job description:
* Maintenance of all baking equipment adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
* Manage workloads and projects of engineering team
* Organising weekend work lists and communicate effectively with engineering team
* Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment within the bakery
* Review, approve and manage product designs and changes
* Evaluate and oversee the development and efficiency of the engineering team in meeting their objectives
* Consult and negotiate with your engineering team and other departments within the business to finalise project specifications
* Oversee the research and development of new solutions introduced to tackle technical issues
* Review and analyse expenditure cots of projects, where needed negotiate costs of machinery and contracts
* Draft proposals and reports and communicate with senior management and the engineering team
* Agree KPI's regarding productivity and Health & Safety, manage the implementation process and report to General Manager on a regular business
* Negotiate personal KPI's with the General Manager, implement the agreed process and report results
* Drive continuous improvement
