Our client is an independent water treatment consultancy that specialises in the design and provision of water treatment programmes for business.
They are now seeking Graduate Service Consultants / Engineers based in Tyne & Wear.
The successful candidate will maintain contractual obligations to their customer base with regular visits for water analysis to ensure clients plant operate at optimum efficiency and within health and safety guidelines
.
Duties:
Establish and stabilise the existing customer base
Carry out on site water analysis
Undertake routine water hygiene monitoring tasks as specified by the Health and Safety Executive for Legionella Control
Undertake surveys and asset monitoring tasks
Make detailed written reports on findings
Build and maintain effective customer relationships
Coordinate and complete weekly call plans and records, monthly reports and other administrative documents in a timely and accurate manner
Develop new business opportunities where possible
The successful candidate must have a good basic understanding of water chemistry and IT. A basic knowledge of HVAC and boiler plant would be an advantage. Must be a science graduate or equivalent qualification. Must be prepared to travel.
Must hold a full driving licence and own vehicle.
