We have an excellent opportunity for a In-House Recruitment Co-ordinator - IT background who will be responsible for Partnering with the business to provide a consultative recruitment process that attracts quality candidates to Old Mutual Wealth's Service delivery and IT function. This role will be based from our Southampton office.
You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process; taking the lead in agreeing the sourcing strategy for each vacancy, publishing vacancies, qualifying candidates and working with stakeholders to ensure internal and external roles are filed timely with the best talent available.
This is an opportunity to start an in- house career within a blue chip multinational organisation and the role would suit someone looking to make a move from agency to in house and who has proven recruitment ability within the IT arena.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring vacancies are advertised promptly and are effectively sourced to meet stakeholders and business needs
- Play an active part in team meetings to provide input in how best to manage workload to ensure the direct hire strategy is delivered across the business
- Work closely with line managers to source excellent candidates using job boards, personal networks, social media, and CV databases.
- Create attraction campaigns, select and present pre-qualified candidates for vacancies and build talent pipelines
- Deliver outstanding vacancy management, against agreed recruitment metrics including time to hire, cost to hire, retention of hires, candidate and hiring manager feedback
- Develop external networks, attend job fairs and embrace social media as part of the direct hire strategy
- Conduct Competency based telephone assessments with candidates
- Work alongside HRBP's to support designated business area/s and ensure that the HR Service Centre is delivering the right service for the business now and in the future
- Actively share knowledge and support up skilling Service Centre colleagues

Qualifications required:
- Recruitment Qualification (Desirable)
Experience required:
- Recruitment and resourcing experience, ideally with a mixture of in-house and agency, managing large volume recruitment campaigns
- Proven sourcing experience with the ability to recruit hard to fill / niche roles within IT
- Ability to think outside the box to find new and innovative ways of sourcing talent at all levels
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates is essential, as is being able to manage concurrent campaigns and sourcing activities, whist juggling changing priorities
- Recruitment best practice experience including compliance such as 'Right to Work
- An effective networker with a passion for the candidate experience and service delivery
- Experience with I-Grasp or a similar ATS (desirable)
