Are you an experienced Mechanical Assembler looking to work for a great company with good hours/pay and stating immediately? You could also learn new skills and further develop your abilities while delivering excellent products to a global client base.
We have positions avaliable for Mechanical Assemblers to work for an impressive and expanding factory based in Fareham. The work is long term temporary on-going with the possibility of becoming permanent member of the team. So if you are available for an immediate start then after a full induction with the company.
If you have previous Mechanical Assembly experience from within sheet metal or similar environment with use of hand tools, bench tools and machine operating, drill tap guns or working within a factory based company.
There are 2 shifts available:
Monday-Friday 7am - 3pm or 2:45pm to 11:30pm Monday to Thursday, 2:45pm to 7:30pm Friday.
Overtime is always available and paid at time and a third during the week and time and a half at weekends. Training will be provided on days to get to know the products before you transfer to the night shift.
Your trianing will be based on using of the machines, Brazing metals, use of over head cranes, safley use of tools.
There is am excellent canteen onsite open 24 hours, showers, with free parking in a secure car park with bike shelter.
The factory can be reached by train (10 min walk) although travelling by your own transport is easier. It is easily commutable from Portsmouth, Gosport, Southampton, Southampton & Eastleigh.
They have an excellent reputation and deal with companies world wide, friendly working atmosphre with good prospects.
