++ We’re looking for a well-rounded team player, with a real passion for digital and a curiosity for how things work ++

You will also be required to manage a small team of developers and to encourage them in their development.

The role is a full-time position based at our office in Chandlers Ford and requires a proficiency across the full stack of web development.

Skills we’d love to see:

+ Strong problem solving & organisation skills
+ A high attention to detail
+ Experience building websites, apps & systems that span frontend and backend development
+ Strong modern PHP and JavaScript knowledge
+ Experience developing API driven applications
+ A foundational knowledge of Programming Principles
+ Excellent communication skills. You must be able to express your ideas clearly to others in the team and to clients when necessary.
+ An ability to multi-task. As a small company we often have multiple projects running at any one time, you’ll be expected to meet multiple deadlines across multiple projects.
+ Able to work well with other parts of the business (sales / marketing)
+ A passion to learn and grow

Bonus skills:

+ Experience of the following are not a requirement but will give you an advantage:
+ Experience with using Git and SVN
+ Experience with LESS/SASS compiling css
+ Experience with VueJs or an awareness and desire to start trying it

+ Laravel (with Coaster CMS)
+ Magento (mostly > v1.7)
+ Some older ASP sites (< 2% of work)
