As a Personal Banking Consultant, you'll put our customers at the heart of everything you do; expertly matching each customer's needs to products and services that are right for them. The ability to build sustainable relationships with our customers will be essential in making that happen. As a Personal Banking Consultant your main responsibilities will be:

- Making banking simple, personal and fair, by offering straightforward services, supported by a great range of products
- Putting our customers first to provide a great service every time
- To provide customers with impartial informed guidance on our full range of products and services available to them
- Building meaningful relationships with our customers, and working with colleagues to look after their day-to-day and long-term needs
- Identifying ways to improve our overall customer journey

What we'll be looking for in you:

- The motivation to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Ability to work proactively and manage workload effectively
- Proven experience of performing in a goal orientated environment working towards own and team deliverables.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment
- The ability to work well as part of a high-performing team
- Strong numerical and computer skills, to work in a highly regulated environment

You'll be working in our lively Belfast office just across from Central Train Station or a minute from all major bus routes, with the city centre at a five-minute walk.
