Contact Centre Agents Required - Must be fluent in both French & English

Please note: We are recruiting for individuals on both a permanent basis and a 4 month fixed term contract basis.

Who are we looking for?
When recruiting for Contact Centre Agents for our multilingual team, Affinion International look for individuals who have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. You will also:
Possess excellent listening skills
Have experience of providing exceptional customer service within a call centre.
Have experience of handling customer complaints and managing customer expectations
Be able to use your initiative in a busy, high profile working environment
Be a team player
Possess strong PC skills including Microsoft Office packages

What will I be responsible for?
Our Contact Centre Agents, are responsible for providing a high standard of customer satisfaction and service ensuring that an efficient, courteous and professional manner is upheld at all times. Responsibilities will include:
Handling enquiries over the telephone and in writing
Supporting members and clients across France ensuring that you have a good understanding of our company's products and services.
Identifying and proactively seeking to resolve and support the needs of every customer and ensure that our service levels are met.

Rewards & Hours
In return for your hard work as a Contact Centre Agent, you will be offered a highly competitive basic salary of Circa GBP17,117.57 per annum plus excellent benefits package including free onsite parking, 22 days holiday + 11 French Bank Holidays Pro Rata based on contract length, 6% Company pension Scheme, Subsidised Gym Membership, discounts & offers for employees.
Full training and support will be provided to successful applicants. This is an exciting opportunity for French Speaking Contact Centre Agents to start a rewarding career with a large international services company based on the south coast who are Investors in People Gold accredited and are committed to employee engagement and development.
We have both Full time and Part Time opportunities available. Our hours of work are Monday - Friday 07:30 -18:30 & alternate weekends 08:00 - 16:00.
