Quality Manager

Our client, a fabrication manufacturing business, seek to appoint a Quality Manager to their management team. The appointed Quality Manager will have responsibility for implementation of ISO9001 and all quality management, audit and CAPA activities, ISO14001 and ISO18001 and all other health, safety and environment issues across the site, and be responsible for welding inspection of finished products. As Quality Manager you will need good communication skills, be computer literate and have a broad background covering most aspects of quality management and health and safety. Quality Manager - Role and Responsibilities - QESH Manager / SHEQ Manager / Welding / Fabrication / Quality Engineer / Quality Inspector

* Design, management and implementation of ISO9001 including all quality management activity (audits, root cause analysis, 8D, CAPA)
* Design, management and implementation of ISO14001 and ISO18001 and all health, safety and environment activity
* Test and inspection of welded / fabricated products
* Ensure adherence to policies and procedures from shopfloor to boardroom. Hands on approach to quality management

Quality Manager - Skills and Abilities - QESH Manager / SHEQ Manager / Welding / Fabrication / Quality Engineer / Quality Inspector

* Good working knowledge of ISO9001 and quality management techniques (audits, root cause analysis, 8D, CAPA)
* Previous experience working of health, safety and environment in a manufacturing environment. NEBOSH or IOSH qualified preferred
* Good working knowledge of welding and fabrication and associated test and inspection techniques
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* PC literate
