The Role:
* Design and development of Coriolis mass flow meters
* Preparation of 3D models and drawings using Solidworks software.
* Wide ranging support to the R&D department in the research, testing and development of flow instrumentation.
* Implementing new designs into production and the project management thereof
* Testing of mass flow meters, both internally and externally
The Ideal Person:
* Minimum of a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related subject from an accredited University or substantial experience in lieu.
* A minimum of 5 years practical experience in 3D CAD is essential, preferably using SolidWorks.
* Familiarity with other design and simulation software such as AutoCAD and ANSYS would be an advantage.
* Experience of pressure equipment design is desirable.
* Knowledge of special materials such as austenitic and Duplex stainless steels, hastelloy, titanium, tantalum etc. would be an advantage.
